New Category: Ice Cream and Chocolate Carnival introduces a new competition category: Chocolate Product of the Year. Chocolate is an incredibly versatile and inspiring ingredient, transformed into pralines, truffles, chocolate-covered fudge pieces, berries and nuts, drinking cocoa, pastries, and countless other delicious innovations. With this category, we want to highlight this entire spectrum and give space to products where chocolate plays the central role — whether it is a classic favourite or a bold new creation. The goal of the Chocolate Product of the Year category is to celebrate creativity, quality, and the limitless possibilities of chocolate, while showcasing the most exciting launches and timeless favourites that delight consumers throughout the year.
