SALES AND SAMPLES

At Helsinki Coffee Festival and the Ice Cream & Chocolate Carnival, it is permitted to sell products and highly encouraged to offer tastings to visitors.

Please note that selling products that do not align with the nature of the events requires separate approval from the event organizer.
The event organizer reserves the right to prohibit the sale of unsuitable products.

Each exhibitor is responsible for ensuring that all permits, regulations, and obligations related to sales and tastings are properly handled.

NOTIFICATION OF TEMPORARY SALES AND TASTINGS TO THE CITY OF HELSINKI

🔔 Please note! Food and beverage booths!

All booths that serve, offer tastings of, or sell food products must submit a notification to the City of Helsinki no later than 4 working days before the event.

As event organizers, Helsinki Coffee Festival and the Ice Cream & Chocolate Carnival do not provide guidance on or assess individual food business operations. Each exhibitor is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the relevant official guidelines and complying with them.
