Northern Europe’s largest coffee festival, Helsinki Coffee Festival, will once again be held at Cable Factory on April 17–19, 2026. Additionally, at the same venue and time, we will host another popular event: the Ice Cream and Chocolate Carnival.
Become a volunteer at the most delicious events of the year!
As a volunteer, you'll enjoy a fun-filled weekend of treats alongside fellow enthusiastic volunteers and top professionals from the coffee, tea, chocolate, and ice cream industries!
Volunteer shifts will take place between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with each shift lasting between 6 and 8 hours. Tasks will be assigned based on each volunteer’s interests whenever possible.
Volunteers will receive an event wristband, a t-shirt for their duties, a warm meal, and beverages such as coffee and juice. Additionally, every volunteer will be given a certificate of participation and a small surprise gift as a token of our gratitude.
VOLUNTEER TASKS FOR 2026
The tasks primarily revolve around customer service during the event. While on duty, you’ll also get to experience the vibrant atmosphere of this delightful event and connect with amazing people!
- Ticket Sales, Entry Checks & Cloakroom
- Customer Surveys & Info and Deposit Points
- Recycling & Access Control
If you have some prior experience, specific interests or skills, please let us know in your application, as additional tasks may be available for volunteers.
