Submit a notification of temporary food sales and sampling no later than four (4) working days before starting the activity, if you are serving or offering food samples (exception: tea and coffee).
PLEASE NOTE that every stand serving or selling food must submit a notification to the City of Helsinki (no later than 4 working days before the event). Please also note that if you are offering food at your stand, you must have a handwashing facility at or behind the stand. A canister with a tap (plus soap and paper towels) is sufficient, allowing water to run into a bucket below. The canister cannot be placed on the floor; it must be on a raised surface. On the first morning of the event, a health inspector will carry out an on-site inspection. If you are only offering dry food products, sweets, or coffee, hand sanitizer is sufficient.

At Helsinki Coffee Festival, a cupping area will be arranged where roasteries have the opportunity to showcase their coffees to the public and offer visitors an engaging tasting experience.
The cupping area will be located in the central section of the main hall. It is an excellent way to reach new consumer and business customers, and visitors have been hoping for more experiential, interactive program content at the event – exactly what a cupping table provides.
A total of 13 slots are available.
Register your company and preferred slot by email at hello@carnivals.fi.
Slots will be reserved in the order of registration.
