1) Cable Factory courtyard, Stairwell C (door M2 / freight elevator)

Access to the Cable Factory courtyard is via the underpass on Tallberginkatu.
From the courtyard, entry is through the C stairwell M2 doors, which also have a ramp.
Goods can also be transported inside using the freight elevator, if available.

2) Tammasaarenlaituri (door M1)

The M1 door at Tammasaarenlaituri is standard-sized and has a ramp at the entrance for bringing goods inside.

3) Tammasaarenkatu lifting door (M6)

The size of the Tammasaarenkatu lifting door is 5.5 m x 4.5 m.

‍

4) Tammasaarenkatu Stairwell H (freight elevator)

Access via Stairwell H on Tammasaarenkatu, using the freight elevator.

A few roll cages will be reserved at the doors for moving goods.

⚠️ Please note!
Vehicles may only stop in front of the doors for loading and unloading.
Once goods have been unloaded, vehicles must be moved away immediately.

Parking in the Cable Factory courtyard is generally prohibited during the event.

‍

Each booth has its own designated access time and door for deliveries and unloading.

‍

The schedule will be communicated during February.

Please note!

On Wednesday, April 15, 2026, only deliveries of booth structures will be accepted at the Cable Factory.

Actual booth build-up will take place on Thursday, April 16, from 08:00 to 22:00.

The event does not issue separate builder passes.
Please inform staff at the doors of your booth number and company name in order to gain access.

Sunday, April 19, 2026, 17:00–24:00

‍

Dismantling must not begin before the event has ended.

‍

Dismantling starts immediately at 17:00 on Sunday, and all structures, furniture, and materials brought to the booth must be removed from the hall by 24:00 at the latest.

The package must clearly state that the delivery is addressed to:
Helsinki Coffee Festival / Ice Cream & Chocolate Carnival

Large deliveries must be received in person by the exhibitor on build-up days.
