PLEASE NOTE
- Booth structures must be fire-safe (e.g. decorative fabrics must be fire-retardant).
- Authorities may request fire safety certificates.
- The use of gas is prohibited.
- Please note that booth sound levels must not disturb other booths or the event programme.
- We ask you to submit a list of all electrical equipment used at the booth, as well as a description or visual of the booth, no later than March 17, 2026.

STANDS 14–75 & VILLAGE AREA
ELECTRICITY
The booth includes general lighting and an electrical connection 240 V / 3500 W (Schuko).
Examples of equipment supported by this supply:
- computer + 32” screen + kettle or coffee maker
- computer + phone charger + refrigerator
- small freezer

BOOTH WALLS AND SIZE
Booths 14–67 and Village booths include wooden wall elements (see image below).
Booths 71–75 have a black Molton curtain as the back wall (no wall elements).
Village booth size: 5 m² (2 × 2.5 m).
Village booths include a sales table 120 × 80 cm.
If you build your own walls or use other elements:
- maximum side wall height: 1.8 m
- maximum back wall height: 3 m
Wooden wall element size: 90 cm (width) × 180 cm (height).
Light materials (posters, fabrics) may be attached to partition walls.
One hole measures approximately 15.5 × 17.5 cm.
STORAGE
Booths 14–67 and Village booths have approximately 0.5–1.0 m deep storage space behind the booth.
Booths 70–75 have storage space reserved in the service area.
LIGHTING
Event lighting is designed and implemented by Sun Effects Oy.
Each booth is provided with its own light source.
If you require focused lighting (e.g. for product information), we recommend using your own spotlights at the booth.
STANDS 1001–1002 & 101–109 (PREMIUM & PLATINUM)
ELECTRICITY
Premium and Platinum booths (1001–1002 & 101–109) include:
- general lighting
- electrical connection 400 V / 9000 W (16 A power supply)
BOOTH WALLS
The maximum booth height is 3 m.
Booths 101–109 have a black Molton curtain behind them.
The windows of the Merikaapelihalli are covered with black Molton curtains.
If you build walls where the reverse side is visible to the audience or neighboring booths, the wall must also be finished neatly on that side.
STORAGE
Platinum booths 1001–1002 have storage space reserved in the service area.
Behind booths 101–109, there is booth-width storage space approximately 0.5–1.0 m deep.
LIGHTING
Event lighting is designed and implemented by Sun Effects Oy.
Each booth is provided with its own light source. For focused lighting, we recommend using your own booth lighting.
