CLOAKROOM & LOST AND FOUND

A paid cloakroom (€3) is available at the event, with a free stroller parking area located next to it. As the event can get crowded at times, we recommend leaving strollers in the designated stroller parking area.

We also recommend leaving coats and outerwear in the cloakroom. The venue is an old building that can get quite warm, especially if the weather is sunny during the event weekend — a T-shirt is often enough!

Lost items will be brought to the info desk during the event. After the event, they will be transferred to a lost and found office (exact location will be announced later).

Arriving at the event

The event takes place at the Cable Factory in Helsinki:
Kaapeliaukio 3, 00180 Helsinki

Entrance

The main entrance of the Cable Factory at the Glass Courtyard (Lasipiha) is accessible. There are automatic doors on the Kaapeliaukio side.

The event entrance is located in the Glass Courtyard near entrance E. A ramp will be built at the entrance to facilitate access. Due to space limitations, the slope of the ramp is steeper than accessibility standards recommend.

The event can also be accessed by elevator. Our staff at the entrance will be happy to assist with using the elevator.

Accessible toilets

There is an accessible toilet at the event.

Personal assistants

Personal assistants for visitors with special needs can enter the event free of charge when accompanying the assisted person.

At exhibitor stands, payment methods may vary, but all stands accept at least card payments.
